When Rhonda Knutson is found brutally murdered at her workplace (Philips 66 gas station) in Williamstown, Iowa, on September 7, 1992, investigators are hopeful they will solve the case. They had composite sketches of two men of interest and a vehicle of interest. Despite having these details, the men sought for questioning were never located, and the investigation ran cold.
